Refund policy

Immortal Guard operates on a limited-production and release-based model. For this reason, and to ensure fairness and operational integrity, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By placing an order on immortalguard.ca, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order details carefully and agree to the terms below.

ALL SALES FINAL

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Change of mind

  • Preference, fit, or style dissatisfaction

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

Customers are fully responsible for confirming size, color, and product selection prior to checkout.

NO REFUNDS

  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed.

  • This policy applies to all Immortal Guard products, including apparel, accessories, collaborations, limited releases, and event-specific items.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • All limited edition, collaboration, event, fundraising, and promotional items are STRICTLY FINAL SALE.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE & MODIFICATIONS

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of this policy.

Immortal Guard reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify this policy at any time

  • Make final determinations regarding all claims and disputes

LIMITED REMEDY — NO REFUNDS

Defective or Damaged Items Only

Immortal Guard does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Remedies are strictly limited to items that arrive with a verifiable manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit.

Claims based on personal preference, subjective assessment, dissatisfaction with fit, fabric weight, feel, thickness, or perceived quality do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for any remedy.

Approved Remedies

If a claim is approved, Immortal Guard may, at its sole discretion, provide either:

  • A replacement item of the same product, or

  • Store credit equal to the purchase value

Cash refunds, payment reversals, or original payment method refunds will not be provided.

Claim Requirements

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect or damage

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

Final Authority

Immortal Guard reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective or damaged and to decide the appropriate remedy.
