PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

  • This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Processing times may vary based on:

  • Manufacturing location

  • Order volume

  • Seasonal demand

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • Once dispatched, shipping typically takes up to 14 days, depending on destination.

    • Customs clearance

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause additional delays.

  • Immortal Guard is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

VAT, DUTIES & TAXES (EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS)

  • For European Union and certain international destinations:

    • VAT and import duties may be included in the shipping price or

    • May be charged separately upon delivery, depending on destination, carrier, and local regulations

Immortal Guard does not control how VAT, duties, or import taxes are assessed.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Any additional VAT

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage charges

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in delayed delivery or returned shipments. Returned shipments due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK TRANSFER

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

  • Immortal Guard is not liable for:

    • Stolen packages

    • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

    • Missed delivery attempts

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or store credit.
